Rules of accommodation in the hostel “Wellhome”

For the comfort of all our guests and to maintain an atmosphere of friendship and mutual understanding, it should be remembered that:

• The doors of the hostel are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Check-in time is 24/7, check-out time is 12:00
• For citizens of the Russian Federation, check-in to the hostel is possible only if there is an internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation or a document replacing it (a military ticket for military personnel or a birth certificate for guests under 14 years old).
• Every foreign guest or stateless person at the time of arrival is obliged to provide the documents necessary for migration registration: a passport with a valid Russian visa and a migration card.
• The check-in of guests under the age of 14 is carried out only accompanied by parents or an adult accompanying person who has the consent of one of the legal representatives of the minor guest.
• Check-in of guests who have reached the age of 14, but have not reached the age of 18, is possible if they have a passport and written consent from one of the legal representatives authorizing the independent placement of a minor guest in the hotel, as well as copies of the passport pages of the legal representative who issued the consent (a page with data and a photo, a page with information about children). If the minor guest is not included in the passport of the legal representative who issued the consent, it is also necessary to provide a copy of the birth certificate of the minor guest.
• Upon arrival at the hostel, each guest must sign a Contract for the provision of hotel services, giving consent to the processing of personal data.
• At the time of arrival, we ask our guests to pay for the entire stay (excluding prepayment made in advance).
• Only a change of shoes is allowed in the hostel.
• The room can be used by guests exclusively for the purpose of accommodation.
• Commercial photo and video shooting can be carried out at the hotel only by agreement with the administration.
• Guests cannot invite their friends.
• Keys to individual lockers are issued free of charge, but in case of loss of the key, a fine of 300 rubles.
• When leaving the room, please lock the drawer with the key! Do not leave valuables in the capsule! The hostel administration is not responsible for the things left behind!
• At the time of departure, the keys must be returned to the administrator of the hostel.
• We ask you to take care of the property of our hostel.
  In case of damage to property, the perpetrators are obliged to compensate for its cost.
• When staying in groups, the tour leader needs to pay an amount of 5000 rubles (in cash) as a deposit, ensuring the safety of the property of the hostel. When the group leaves the hotel, the deposit is refunded.
• Silence is required throughout the hotel from 23:00 to 09:00.
• The use of alcoholic beverages in our hostel is strictly prohibited!
• We ask guests to observe the Fire Safety Rules.
• It is forbidden to use heating devices (boiler, iron, etc.) in the room, as well as to store flammable materials and explosive substances.
• On the day of arrival and departure, guests of the hostel can leave their luggage for storage for an additional fee. The cost of a 200r storage room is 24 hours.
• The settlement account starts from the moment the key is issued to the guest. In case of loss of the key, a fine of 300 rubles.
• Bicycles, strollers and bulky items are allowed to be stored in specially designated places (check the availability of such places with the administrator).
• In our hostel, pets are not allowed.
  Smoking, hookahs and vaping devices (electronic cigarettes) are not allowed on the territory of the hostel.
• As compensation for carrying out additional cleaning and deodorizing of premises, a fine of 10,000 rubles is collected from violators (also applies to the storage of substances and products with a pungent odor in the room).
• The administration also has the right to refuse the guest further accommodation.
