Refund

  • To get a refund, you must contact the booking department by phone or by e-mail or messenger at least 7 days before arrival, and also send the originals of the application for a refund by Russian post to the legal address of the hotel. The deadline for consideration of the application for a refund is 14 days. The refund is made to the same bank card from which the payment was made. The refund of funds to the card is carried out within 1 to 10 banking days, depending on the Bank that issued the bank card.

  • If your card supports 3D Secure technology, in order to make a payment, you will need to undergo additional user verification at the issuing bank (the bank that issued your card).
  • To do this, you will be directed to the page of the bank that issued the card.
  • The type of verification depends on the bank. As a rule, this is an additional password that is sent in SMS, a card of variable codes, or other methods.
